The John Guest Speedfit Brass Tap Connector is designed for connecting plastic or copper pipes to fixtures or appliances that have a male BSP connection point. This tap connector is particularly useful for attaching pipes to taps or syphon connections and comes with a brass swivel nut and sealing washer for a secure, leak-free connection. The connector's push-fit design allows for quick installation and demounting without the need for tools, making it up to 40% faster to install than traditional methods.

Installation Instructions

  1. Preparation: Ensure the pipe ends are clean and cut squarely.
  2. Insertion: Push the pipe fully into the fitting until it reaches the tube stop.
  3. Connecting: Screw the threaded end by hand.
  4. Demounting: To release, unlock the cap and push the collet towards the body, then pull the pipe out.
