Installation Overview
Prepare the Pipe
Cut the pipe square and remove any burrs. Ensure the pipe surface is clean and dry; no chamfering required.
Insert Pipe
Push the pipe into the fitting until the first point of resistance. The fitting automatically adjusts to grip and seal on the pipe material.
Tighten
Hand-tighten the nut, then complete tightening using a strap wrench. No special tooling or insert is needed for most compatible materials.
Final Checks
Verify the connection is fully seated and aligned. Conduct a pressure test to confirm leak-free performance before backfilling or commissioning.
