Installation Overview
- Determine Placement – Select an optimal mounting position on the compressed air network, ensuring accessibility for equipment connections.
- Drill Mounting Holes – Use a 6.5mm drill bit to prepare the surface for secure bracket installation.
- Attach the Bracket or Manifold – Securely fasten the component to the wall or framework using sturdy mounting bolts.
- Connect the Air Supply – Attach the appropriate BSPP inlet fitting and ensure tight, leak-free connections.
- Secure Outlet Connections – Attach pneumatic tools, hoses, or accessories to the G 1/2" BSPP outlets.
- Check for Leaks – Pressurise the system and inspect connections for leak-proof performance.
- Test the Drain Function – Ensure proper moisture drainage from the built-in port to maintain air quality.
For optimal system performance, it is recommended to:
- Position manifolds at a height of approximately 1.2m from the floor for easy tool access.
- Install at least one shut-off valve near the manifold or bracket to control airflow during maintenance.
- Ensure proper drainage by slightly angling the pipe toward the drain port to prevent water accumulation.
