Mark Insertion Depth: Use a depth gauge or mark the pipe to ensure it is fully inserted into the fitting.
Push to Fit: Insert the pipe into the fitting until it passes the internal O-ring and hits the pipe stop. A clicking sensation confirms the gripper ring has engaged.
Pressure Testing: Once all fittings are installed, pressure test the system according to local or project-specific requirements.
Disassembly (if needed): Use the appropriate release tool to disengage the gripper ring and remove the pipe. Reuse the fitting only if it is undamaged and the O-ring remains properly seated.
