Installation Overview
Pipe Preparation
Cut the PE pipe square using a suitable pipe cutter. Remove any burrs and mark the insertion depth for proper alignment.
Fitting Assembly
Loosen the compression nut and insert the pipe until it reaches the internal pipe stop. Ensure that the O-ring and grip ring are properly seated within the fitting.
Tightening
Hand-tighten the nut, then use a strap wrench or appropriate tool to fully secure. Avoid overtightening, which may damage the fitting or pipe.
Testing & Commissioning
Pressurise the system gradually and check all joints for leaks. Reinspect fittings after pressure testing to ensure secure assembly.
