• Pipe Preparation

Cut the pipe square and remove any burrs or debris.
Mark the insertion depth to ensure correct fitting engagement.

• Disassembly (if required)

Loosen the compression nut and slide it, along with the split ring and O-ring, onto the pipe.

• Assembly

Insert the pipe into the fitting until it meets the internal stop.
Push the split ring and O-ring into position, then hand-tighten the nut.
Use a strap wrench for final tightening—avoid overtightening.

• Testing

Once all connections are complete, pressurise the system and inspect for leaks.
Re-check fittings after pressure testing to confirm tightness.
