Installation Overview
Pipe Preparation
Cut the pipe square and remove any burrs or debris. Mark the insertion depth to ensure correct fitting engagement.
Disassembly (if required)
Loosen the compression nut and slide it, along with the split ring and O-ring, onto the pipe.
Assembly
Insert the pipe into the fitting until it meets the internal stop. Push the split ring and O-ring into position, then hand-tighten the nut. Use a strap wrench for final tightening—avoid overtightening.
Testing
Once all connections are complete, pressurise the system and inspect for leaks. Re-check fittings after pressure testing to confirm tightness.
