The nuts and bolts sets provides a reliable fastening solution for mechanical, structural, and general assembly applications. Available in BZP (Bright Zinc-Plated) steel and stainless steel, these fasteners offer strength and corrosion resistance to suit both indoor and outdoor use.

Each set includes 4 hexagon head bolts (threaded or part-threaded to DIN931 specification), 8 washers, and 4 matching nuts, ensuring a secure, balanced connection with even load distribution. Suitable for use in construction, pipe brackets, supports, and equipment mounting, this kit is a staple for any trade or maintenance toolkit.

Bright Zinc Plating (BZP) is a corrosion-resistant surface coating commonly applied to steel fasteners and fittings. It involves electroplating a thin layer of zinc onto the metal, followed by a brightening treatment that gives the surface a shiny, silver-like finish.

Key Characteristics of BZP:

• Corrosion Resistance: Zinc acts as a sacrificial layer, protecting the steel beneath from rust—ideal for indoor or dry environments.
• Bright Finish: A smooth, reflective coating that also enhances appearance.
• Low Cost: Economical alternative to stainless steel for general-purpose fastening.
• Conductive Surface: Suitable for electrical applications that require grounding.

While BZP provides good resistance in mild environments, it's not suitable for marine or highly corrosive applications - stainless steel is preferred in those cases.
