This is the standard Tricoflex multilayer hose, typically covered in yellow PVC and designed for everyday watering, irrigation or water-supply tasks. According to technical sheets, the standard

Tricoflex is described as:

• Flexible, multilayer (exterior ultra-UV resistant PVC + woven polyester reinforcement + smooth inner lining) hose.
• Internal diameters from 12.5 mm up to 50 mm (and onward) with working pressures cited around 8-10 bar for larger sizes (smaller sizes slightly higher) in some sources.
• Use this variant when you need a reliable general-purpose hose for watering, garden use, irrigation systems or moderate pressure water delivery.

When the job demands higher temperature resistance and food-safe performance, the Thermoclean 100 variant is ideal.

Key attributes:

• Engineered for continuous use at up to 100 °C, and intermittent use up to 120 °C
• Five-layer food-grade construction, with enhanced thermal lining and antimicrobial inner tube
• Suitable for industrial cleaning, food processing, dairies and commercial kitchens
• If you are working with hot water cleaning, heavy duty wash-down or food-industry environments, Thermoclean 100 is the variant to select.

This sits between the general purpose and the ultra-high temperature Thermoclean 100.

Highlights:

• Designed for working at 20 bar at 70 °C.
• Four (or five) layer construction (depending on specification) with blue non-staining outer cover, food-grade inner layer and strong reinforcement.
• Choose Thermoclean AL 20 when you need a robust hose for moderately hot water at higher pressures, and particularly where food-grade certification is required.

• Garden, domestic irrigation or standard water supply - go for the Yellow Hose general-purpose Tricoflex.
• Hot water cleaning & food-industry moderate duty (up to ~70 °C, ~20 bar) - choose Thermoclean AL 20.
• Extreme temperature cleaning, food-industry high specification use - opt for Thermoclean 100.
