Delivery & Returns
We ship all orders received before 3:00pm out each day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), subject to stock availability. We will communicate with you if dispatch is going to be longer than 3 working days. Some products due to their size and weight have to be delivered by our dedicated transport. If this is the case, we will call you to advise and confirm a delivery date.
We are shipping out virtually all orders on time. However, the UK delivery and freight network is experiencing significant delays caused by huge volumes within their networks. The Pipestock team will continue to do what we do best; minimizing this anticipated friction, communicating clearly and honestly with our customers.

Click & Collect
Once you have placed your order online, please ring us to get your designated collection time. Please do not set off or arrive without a collection slot being pre-booked. The order has to be processed, stock has to be confirmed, allocated, picked and packed. Please consider the size and weight of the items that you are collecting and how you will transport them. If you have ordered 6m lengths of pipe and will struggle to get them in your vehicle, we will cut them down for you with our professional pipe cutter. Please advise us ahead of time that you require this service.

Same Day Service
We have the ability to deliver on the same day as order (Monday to Friday) to 70% of the UK. We need the order before 12:00pm for all places except London, which is a 3:00pm cut-off time. The size of vehicle required and distance are the key cost factors of this service. Ring us for more details on 01794 835835.
Bank/Public Holiday Deliveries
National carriers do not operate on bank/public holidays. Should you require a delivery on a bank/public holiday, please ring us and we will do our very best to help you.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once you have placed an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email containing important information regarding the delivery of your order. A link allowing you to track details of your delivery will follow in a further email. Please do not refuse an order at the point of delivery as this will put it in a state of limbo without any covering paperwork or traceability.
Trading Terms & Conditions For Private Individuals
Pipestock Limited is classified as SIC07 46740 WHOLESALE OF HARDWARE, PLUMBING AND HEATING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES. Our target customers are businesses, the products we sell are for commercial and industrial applications or to be installed by qualified professional trades people. Therefore, our Terms & Conditions are based upon Business to Business trading, all prices on our website are quoted as ex-VAT. Private individuals can have the all benefits of buying wholesale but the Terms & Conditions on which we trade will be as though we are trading Business to Business. Private individuals need to also be aware that delivery times, however communicated are not guaranteed and are estimates only. You should not book professional trades people until you have received the goods.
Non-Liability for Delivery Failure due to Delivery Company's Financial Failure: The company shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver products resulting from the financial failure of the chosen delivery company. The purchaser acknowledges that the selection and financial stability of the delivery company are beyond the control of the company. Consequently, the company shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or costs incurred due to the delivery company's financial failure. Furthermore, the company is not compelled or required to make alternative delivery arrangements and may at will cancel the contract/order.
You have 7 days from the receipt of goods to tell us that you want to make a return. Exceptions apply, see No.1 below. After this time, returns cannot be accepted.
- There are some products that, due to their technical/physical characteristics and returns suitability, cannot be returned. These include: all Pipe Lengths & Coils, Liquids & Sprays, Electrofusion Fittings, all Durapipe Products, all Products in the Specialist Plastics Category, all Gas Products, Actuated Valves, Pressure Washers and any bespoke/special order products. For further clarification, please read Trading Terms & Conditions above.
- Please email us at email@example.com to request a product Return Authorisation Number, including date of purchase, web order number and the items you wish to return. All inbound deliveries to our warehouse must be documented in this way to be actioned.
- We will then send you an email acknowledgement containing a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
- Once the goods have been received back, we will check them for their perfect resaleable condition and take them back into stock.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days, it could also take your bank or card issuer an additional 5 days to complete the transaction. This is well within the 30 days that the law allows.
We are here to help, we want your job to go really well for you. Therefore, please contact us if you need installation guidence, technical clarification or further product information. All products are warranted by the manufacturer, providing that they have been installed correctly, used for their correct application and within their design parameters. Should a product fail, please contact us immediately. In our experience, most issues can be solved with a quick phone call. Whatever the outcome, please do not dispose of any part of a product; we will need any product that fails returned to us complete for examination.
