High-Performance PA12 Tubing for Food, Pneumatic and Industrial Applications
Our food-grade semi-rigid nylon tube range offers a dependable, lightweight and versatile solution for applications where cleanliness, chemical resistance and long-term durability really matter. Manufactured from high-viscosity Polyamide 12 (PA12), this tubing delivers outstanding stability with minimal water absorption, making it ideal for environments that demand consistent performance across a wide temperature and humidity range.
Designed for both metric and imperial systems, these 30-metre coils give you a practical choice for everything from beverage transfer to pneumatic controls. The material is naturally tasteless, offers excellent toughness even at low temperatures, and maintains its mechanical properties with very little dependence on humidity.
Fully compliant with FDA and EU regulations for direct contact with non-alcoholic foodstuffs, this PA12 tubing combines reliability with high chemical resistance, including dilute acids and alkalis. With a continuous operating range of -40°C to +110°C (and intermittent peaks up to +140°C), it’s built to handle demanding industrial conditions without compromising performance.

30m coils: Practical, efficient and easy to handle
Maximum working pressure: Up to 66 bar (967 psi)
Flame rating: UL 94 HB
Applications
Food-grade PA12 semi-rigid nylon tube is widely used across industries that require clean, reliable and chemically resistant fluid or air transfer. Its low moisture absorption, excellent toughness and broad operating temperature range make it suitable for both static installations and dynamic systems where vibration or movement is common.
Typical applications include:
Food and beverage processing: Transfer of non-alcoholic drinks, dosing lines, ingredient feeds, flavouring systems and clean dispensing setups where taste neutrality is essential
Pneumatic control systems: Actuators, valve manifolds, air logic circuits and general compressed air distribution in factories and automation environments
Pneumatic ring mains: Semi-rigid structure maintains form while offering easy routing around workspaces
Automotive and transport: Fuel handling, oil transfer, air brake signalling lines (non-primary), and general fluid management
Lubrication systems: Oil feeds, lubrication distribution manifolds and low-viscosity fluid lines
Industrial machinery: Conveyor equipment, packaging machines, pick-and-place systems and other equipment requiring reliable pneumatic or low-pressure fluid transport
Chemical and process industries: Suitable for dilute acids, alkalis and many industrial solvents, making it useful for light chemical transfer and dosing
Hydraulic assist or auxiliary systems: Low-pressure hydraulic return or pilot signal lines where flexibility and abrasion resistance are beneficial
