Installation Overview

  1. Cut and Deburr: The copper pipe must be cut to length and deburred to avoid damage to the seal ring.
  2. Mark Insertion Depth: Mark the correct insertion depth on the pipe to ensure proper fitting.
  3. Prepare the Fitting: Remove the protective plug and check the seal ring for any damage or dirt.
  4. Insert Pipe into Fitting: Insert the pipe up to the marked depth.
  5. Press the Fitting: Use the correctly sized pressing jaw and ensure the tool is properly aligned before pressing.
  6. Check Pressing Indicator: After pressing, remove the white indicator to verify the connection has been completed correctly.
