All valves in this category are produced to imperial sizes and are available with either plain or threaded union ends, allowing straightforward integration into existing ABS pipework systems. Both 2-way and 3-way configurations are offered, making them suitable for simple on/off control as well as more complex diverting or mixing applications.

The valve bodies are manufactured from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), a strong, lightweight and corrosion-resistant thermoplastic commonly used in water treatment, chemical handling and industrial process applications. ABS offers excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability, making it well suited to automated valve assemblies.

Each valve is assembled using a J+J J4C-S20 electric actuator, designed for reliable performance in demanding environments.

These actuators feature:

• Auto-sensing 24–240V AC/DC supply voltage
• 20 Nm operational torque with electronic torque limiting
• Fast 10-second operation per 90°
• Manual override with automatic and manual declutching
• IP67 weatherproof protection for indoor and outdoor installations
• Multiple 3-position control options for 2-way and 3-way valves

The actuator mounts via ISO 5211 and uses a DIN 3337 female star drive, ensuring secure and accurate valve operation.
