Installation

• Cut the Tube Cleanly: Ensure the tube end is cut square with no burrs or sharp edges. A clean, straight cut helps maintain a perfect seal
• Insert the Tube: Simply push the tube firmly into the fitting’s ring end until it reaches the internal stop. The collet grips the tube securely, creating an airtight connection
• Check the Connection: Gently pull back on the tube to confirm it is locked in place. No tools, clamps, or additional sealants are required

Disconnection

• Depress the Release Ring: Apply light pressure on the elliptical release ring to disengage the internal collet grip
• Withdraw the Tube: While pressing the ring, pull the tube out smoothly. The fitting can then be reused without damage or loss of sealing performance

Threaded Connections

• The tapered threaded fittings in the range are pre-coated with Teflon sealant, removing the need for separate PTFE tape or thread compound
• Tighten the fitting securely using a suitable wrench on the hexagonal flats, avoiding over-torqueing to preserve the integrity of the thread seal
