Pneumatic Ball Valves

Our range of ABS pneumatic ball valves provides reliable, automated flow control for industrial pipework systems where durability, chemical resistance and certified safety are essential. Manufactured by Georg Fischer (+GF+) and Durapipe, these valves are supplied fully assembled with Prisma pneumatic actuators, offering a robust, ready-to-install solution for automated isolation, diverting and mixing applications.

All valves in this category are manufactured from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and are supplied in imperial sizes, with a choice of plain solvent weld or BSP threaded union ends depending on valve type. Both 2-way and 3-way configurations are available, including L-port and T-port designs.

Important: Actuated valves are assembled and tested to order and cannot be returned for refund.

Durapipe valves are based on the proven VKD and TKD DualBlock® platforms, offering a heavy-duty, fully unionised design for industrial service.

• 2-Way Durapipe Pneumatic Ball Valves
  Designed for on/off isolation duties, these double union valves feature EPDM seals and are rated up to 15 bar, making them ideal for higher-pressure ABS systems.
• 3-Way Durapipe L-Port Valves
  Suitable for diverting applications where flow is directed between outlets. The L-port ball allows controlled switching without mixing.
• 3-Way Durapipe T-Port Valves
  Intended for mixing or distribution duties, enabling flow to be combined or split between multiple outlets simultaneously.

All Durapipe variants are supplied with imperial plain solvent weld ends and are manufactured in accordance with BS 5392.

Georg Fischer valves utilise the high-performance Type 546 Pro (2-way) and Type 543 Pro (3-way) platforms, known for precision engineering and smooth operation.

• 2-Way +GF+ Pneumatic Ball Valves (Plain Ends)
  Ideal for automated isolation, featuring PTFE ball seats for low torque operation and excellent chemical resistance.
• 2-Way +GF+ Pneumatic Ball Valves (Threaded)
  Supplied with imperial BSP threaded unions, perfect for installations where solvent welding is not suitable.
• 3-Way +GF+ L-Port Valves
  Designed for diverting applications requiring accurate, repeatable flow control, with PTFE seating and fully unionised construction.

+GF+ valves are typically rated up to 10 bar and are manufactured to ASTM D3965 material classifications.
