Description
The 2-Way +GF+ Pneumatic Ball Valve is a factory-assembled and tested valve solution designed for precise and reliable on/off control in industrial ABS pipework systems. This assembly combines the Georg Fischer Type 546 Pro double union ball valve with a Prisma pneumatic actuator, delivering a high-quality automated valve suitable for demanding process and utility applications.
Manufactured from robust ABS with PTFE ball seats, the valve offers excellent chemical resistance, smooth operation and long service life. Its fully unionised design allows the valve body to be removed easily for inspection or maintenance without cutting into the pipeline. Imperial plain ends are designed for solvent welding using ABS solvent cement and cleaner.
The Prisma pneumatic actuator is ATEX and SIL3 approved, making this assembly suitable for use in hazardous or safety-critical environments. The actuator provides fast and consistent 90° operation with low air consumption.
