The 3-Way T-Port Durapipe Pneumatic Ball Valve is a robust, factory-assembled solution designed for automated mixing and distribution within ABS pipework systems. This assembly pairs the Durapipe TKD DualBlock® 3-way ball valve with a Prisma ATEX-approved pneumatic actuator, delivering reliable and repeatable operation in demanding industrial environments.

Featuring a T-port ball configuration, the valve allows flow to be combined or distributed between multiple outlets, making it suitable for applications where mixing or simultaneous flow paths are required. The ABS valve body is fitted with EPDM seals, providing excellent resistance to water and a wide range of industrial fluids.

The fully unionised construction allows the valve body to be removed easily for inspection or seal replacement without disturbing the surrounding pipework. Imperial plain ends are designed for solvent welding using ABS solvent cement and cleaner, ensuring a secure, leak-free joint.

The Prisma pneumatic actuator provides fast, controlled 90° operation and is certified for use in hazardous and safety-critical installations thanks to its ATEX and SIL3 approvals.
