High-Performance Tubing for Pneumatic and Industrial Applications
Our Flexible Nylon Tube range offers a reliable solution for demanding pneumatic systems, fluid transfer lines (non-water), and general industrial applications where strength, stability and chemical resistance are essential. Manufactured from Nylon 6, this tubing delivers a strong balance of flexibility and durability, making it ideal for compressed air systems, fuel lines, lubrication circuits and a wide variety of plant equipment.
Available in Clear, Black, Red, Blue, Green and Yellow, the range supports easy colour-coding across complex installations. Each tube is supplied in 30-metre coils, is completely silicone-free, and maintains excellent UV stability, ensuring long-lasting performance indoors or outdoors.

How to Fit Nylon Tubing to Fittings
Fitting nylon tubing is straightforward, but the right technique ensures a secure, leak-free connection:
Select the correct fitting:
Use push-in or quick-fit fittings rated for use with rigid/semirigid nylon tube
Cut the tube clean and square:
Use a sharp tube cutter to avoid ovality or burrs. A clean, square cut ensures proper sealing
Insert the tube fully:
Push-in fittings: Push firmly until the tube reaches the internal stop
Quick-fit fittings: Feed the tubing through the locking nut onto the fitting cone and the refitting locking nut
Check for alignment:
Misalignment can stress the tube or fitting, leading to premature wear
Pressure test the system:
Always test at operating pressure before placing the system into service
How to Bend Nylon Tubing
Nylon tube can be bent for tidy routing, but it must be done correctly to avoid kinking:
Use gentle, gradual bends:
Sharp bending can cause stress cracking or collapse.
Warm the tube slightly (optional):
Applying mild, even heat from a hot-air gun can help achieve smoother bends. Do not overheat.
Use bend supports where needed:
Spring-type bending tools or formers help maintain consistent curves for tight installations.
Allow the tube to cool/set naturally:
Once shaped, let the tube return to ambient temperature before pressurising.
