Useful Info:
This lever valve is complete with BSPP metric thread with a 14.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 0.78 on the 1/8" fitting, a 16.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 0.89 on the 1/4" fitting and a 25.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 1.39 on the 3/8" fitting. It is used for the manual control of air flow within pneumatic systems. The air is to be filtered by 40µm filter element.
The lever/lever valve is designed to open the valve when the lever is in the correct position and closed when in the opposite position. When moved to the open position, this lever stays at that point until the user returns it back to the off/closed position.
Manufactured from a high-quality aluminium alloy with nitrile rubber seals with a working pressure of 0 to 8 bar. They have multiple mounting points for convenient installation and come complete with panel mount locknuts.
These valves require no lubrication and are to be used in conjunction with clean compressed air, manufactured to close tolerance.
