This ABS stub flange is designed to create a strong and detachable flanged joint within an ABS pipeline. The plain end is solvent welded to ABS pipe using solvent cement and cleaner, forming a permanent and reliable bond. Once assembled with a backing ring, gasket and appropriate nuts and bolts, the flange provides a secure mechanical connection that can be easily dismantled for maintenance or system modification. The serrated sealing face enhances gasket grip, supporting a dependable seal across a wide range of industrial applications. Manufactured from robust ABS, the stub offers excellent impact resistance, low moisture absorption and consistent performance within its operating temperature range.
