The ABS VKD Lockable Ball Valve combines the high-performance engineering of the VKD range with the added security of a lockable handle. Designed for industrial environments where controlled access or system isolation is required, the lockable function prevents accidental or unauthorised operation - making it ideal for safety-critical installations.

Manufactured from robust ABS and fitted with EPDM seals, the valve provides excellent chemical resistance to many diluted media while remaining lightweight and corrosion free. Its fully unionised construction allows the valve body to be removed easily for seal changes or internal inspection without disturbing the rest of the pipeline.

The VKD series incorporates DualBlock technology, which prevents union nuts from loosening under vibration or thermal expansion, delivering exceptional stability. The Seat Stop ball seat carrier allows fine adjustment of the ball seats - even while the system remains pressurised - ensuring a long-lasting, drip-tight seal.

The ergonomic handle includes a built-in tool for adjusting the ball seat, and the lockable design enhances operational control in shared or industrial settings.
