Description
HTA threaded elbows with back plate are designed to provide a secure, fixed mounting point where pipework connects to wall-mounted outlets, valves or equipment. The integrated back plate allows the fitting to be mechanically fixed in position, helping maintain alignment and stability during installation and throughout the life of the system.
Manufactured from high-performance CPVC with a brass female threaded outlet, these fittings combine corrosion resistance with a robust threaded connection. The smooth internal bore promotes efficient flow, reducing frictional losses while helping to prevent scale and biofilm build-up within hot and cold water systems.
Produced as part of the HTA system by Aliaxis, threaded elbows with back plate integrate seamlessly with compatible HTA pipes and fittings. Solvent weld installation removes the need for hot works, offering a safer and more efficient alternative to traditional metal wall elbows.
