Description
This composite union fitting provides a reliable transition between solvent welded Corzan CPVC pipework and metal systems via a brass male BSP connection. It is ideal where CPVC pipelines need to interface with valves, pumps, instrumentation or existing threaded metal components, while retaining the ability to disconnect for maintenance.
The plain socket end is solvent welded to CPVC pipe using PVC-C solvent cement and Eco-Cleaner, creating a secure, pressure-rated joint. The brass male BSP end offers a durable threaded interface, delivering improved mechanical strength and thread integrity in mixed-material installations.
Manufactured from high-performance Corzan CPVC with a non-toxic, taint-free formulation, the union performs reliably in hot and corrosive environments and is suitable for potable water systems.
