This reinforced 90° elbow BSP fitting is designed to change the direction of Corzan CPVC pipework while providing a robust threaded connection to valves, instruments or metal pipework. The moulded reinforced ring strengthens the BSP thread, improving resistance to mechanical stress and maintaining joint integrity under pressure and elevated temperatures.

Manufactured from Corzan CPVC, the fitting performs reliably in aggressive environments involving acids, alkalis and industrial effluent. Its non-toxic, taint-free formulation also makes it suitable for potable water systems, with no risk of contamination migrating into the media.

Installation is quick and controlled, with the plain end solvent welded to CPVC pipe using PVC-C solvent cement and Eco-Cleaner. This removes the need for hot works permits and specialist welding skills, while the lightweight construction simplifies handling and positioning on site. A smooth internal flow path through the bend helps limit turbulence and pressure loss, supporting efficient system performance.
