Description
This plain union fitting is designed to connect two lengths of Corzan CPVC pipe while allowing future disconnection for maintenance, inspection or system modification. It provides a practical solution where permanent joints would restrict access or complicate servicing.
Manufactured from high-performance Corzan CPVC, the union offers excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, elevated temperatures and pressurised conditions. The union body is solvent welded to the pipe using PVC-C solvent cement and Eco-Cleaner, creating a secure, leak-tight seal while retaining the ability to demount the joint when required.
Its lightweight construction simplifies handling and alignment during installation, particularly in confined plant rooms or pipe racks. As part of a fully matched Corzan CPVC system, this union supports long-term reliability, reduced downtime and easier lifecycle maintenance across demanding industrial applications.
