Description
This 45° elbow fitting is designed to introduce a gradual change of direction in Corzan CPVC pipework, helping maintain smoother flow characteristics compared to sharper bends. It is commonly used where reduced turbulence and pressure loss are important, particularly in continuous process and dosing systems.
Manufactured from high-performance Corzan CPVC, the elbow provides excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, elevated temperatures and pressurised conditions. Solvent welding using PVC-C solvent cement and Eco-Cleaner creates a permanent, leak-tight joint without the need for hot works or specialist welding equipment.
The lightweight construction allows easy positioning during installation, while the smooth internal bore supports efficient flow and minimises scale formation. As part of a fully matched Corzan CPVC system, this fitting contributes to long-term reliability, low maintenance requirements and consistent system performance.
