Description
HTA brass threaded adaptors are designed to connect HTA CPVC pipework to female threaded metal components within pressurised hot and cold water systems. Combining a corrosion-resistant CPVC body with a durable brass threaded insert, they provide a dependable interface where plastic pipework meets valves, plant or threaded equipment.
The CPVC section offers excellent resistance to scaling, corrosion and chemical attack, while the brass thread ensures a secure mechanical connection. Internally, the smooth bore promotes efficient flow, helping to reduce frictional losses and support consistent system pressure over time.
Manufactured as part of the HTA system by Aliaxis, this adaptor integrates seamlessly with compatible HTA pipes and fittings. Solvent weld installation is quick and clean, eliminating the need for hot works and making it a practical, cost-effective alternative to traditional metal transition fittings.
