Description
HTA stainless steel threaded adaptors are designed to provide a durable transition between HTA CPVC pipework and threaded metallic components where enhanced corrosion resistance is required. Featuring a high-performance CPVC body and a precision-machined 316L stainless steel female thread, they are particularly well suited to demanding water installations and hygienic environments.
The CPVC section offers excellent resistance to scaling, corrosion and chemical attack, while the stainless steel threaded insert delivers superior strength and long-term reliability at the mechanical interface. A smooth internal bore supports efficient flow, helping to reduce frictional losses and maintain stable system pressures.
Manufactured as part of the HTA system by Aliaxis, this adaptor integrates seamlessly with compatible HTA pipes and fittings. Solvent weld installation removes the need for hot works, making it a safe, efficient and cost-effective alternative to metal pipe transitions in hot and cold water systems.
