Description
HTA stainless steel adaptor nipples are designed to provide a compact and robust transition between HTA CPVC pipework and stainless steel threaded components. They are particularly well suited to applications where enhanced corrosion resistance, hygiene or durability is required, such as plant rooms, commercial buildings and monitored water systems.
The CPVC body delivers excellent resistance to scaling, corrosion and chemical attack, while the stainless steel threaded outlet provides a strong and reliable mechanical connection. The smooth internal bore supports efficient flow characteristics, helping to minimise frictional losses and maintain stable system pressures.
Manufactured as part of the HTA system by Aliaxis, these adaptor nipples integrate seamlessly with compatible HTA pipes and fittings. Solvent weld installation enables fast, clean assembly without hot works, offering a dependable and cost-effective alternative to all-metal transition fittings.
