Description
The HTA end cap is designed to securely terminate pressurised hot and cold water pipework within HTA systems. Manufactured from high-performance CPVC, it provides a reliable, pressure-resistant seal while maintaining excellent thermal stability across a wide operating range.
Its smooth internal profile helps to prevent limescale accumulation and reduces the risk of biofilm development, supporting hygienic water distribution and long-term system efficiency. The corrosion-free material ensures consistent performance without degradation, even in demanding installation environments.
Produced as part of the HTA system by Aliaxis, this end cap integrates seamlessly with compatible HTA pipes and fittings. Solvent weld installation is quick and straightforward, removing the need for hot works and making it a practical, cost-effective alternative to traditional metal end terminations.
