Description
HTA 3-piece unions M are designed to provide a secure yet easily demountable connection between HTA CPVC pipework and male threaded metallic components. The three-piece construction allows sections of pipework or equipment to be disconnected for maintenance or replacement without disturbing the surrounding system.
The CPVC body delivers excellent resistance to corrosion, scale and chemical attack, while the integrated brass male thread provides strength and durability at the mechanical interface. Internally, the smooth bore supports efficient flow and helps minimise frictional losses, contributing to stable system performance.
Manufactured as part of the HTA system by Aliaxis, these unions are engineered to integrate seamlessly with compatible HTA pipes, fittings and valves. Solvent weld installation combined with a demountable union design makes them ideal for plant rooms, valves, pumps and equipment connections where future access may be required.
