Check Valve Spring Threaded

This PVCu spring check valve with threaded ends is designed to provide fast, reliable backflow prevention in pipework systems carrying clean, non-viscous fluids. The internal stainless steel spring ensures immediate closure when flow stops, delivering quiet operation and dependable sealing even at low pressures.

Manufactured from unplasticised PVC, the valve offers excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical attack while remaining lightweight and durable. EPDM seals are supplied as standard, providing consistent sealing performance across the full operating temperature range. The spring-assisted design allows the valve to be installed in both horizontal and vertical orientations, offering greater flexibility compared with gravity-operated check valves.

BSP threaded union ends enable straightforward connection to male threaded fittings, making installation quick and convenient while still allowing the valve to be demounted for maintenance or replacement. The internal flow path is optimised to reduce pressure loss, making this valve suitable for applications where responsive non-return protection is required without compromising system efficiency.
