Check Valve Ball Vertical Plain

This PVCu ball check valve is designed to prevent backflow in vertical pipework systems, providing reliable non-return protection in a wide range of industrial, commercial and water handling applications. The valve operates using a free-moving, high surface-machined ball that lifts under forward flow and returns smoothly to its seat when flow stops, creating a secure seal even at low operating pressures.

Manufactured from unplasticised PVC, the valve offers excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical attack while remaining lightweight and durable. The internal self-cleaning design allows suspended solids and debris to pass without fouling, making it particularly suitable for systems conveying dirty or particle-laden fluids. EPDM seals are supplied as standard, delivering dependable sealing performance across the full operating temperature range. Plain union ends allow solvent welding directly into PVCu pipework, providing a strong, permanent joint while still allowing the valve to be demounted when required.
