The Georg Fischer ABS DU 546 PRO Threaded Ball Valve is a high-performance industrial valve designed for installations where threaded connections are preferred. Manufactured from impact-resistant ABS and fitted with EPDM seals, this version of the 546 PRO offers dependable chemical resistance and long-term stability in both potable water systems and more demanding process applications.

This threaded model retains the key advantages of the 546 PRO series: a fully unionised body for quick removal, stainless steel mounting inserts for actuator compatibility, and a compact, ergonomic lever design. GF’s patented modular construction means the valve can be used manually or combined with electric or pneumatic actuation with no change to the body dimensions.

The standard lockable lever increases operational security, while the integrated tool within the handle allows adjustment of the union bushings when required. A unique Data Matrix Code on the valve ensures full material traceability and simplified identification.

Threaded socket ends allow straightforward installation into systems where solvent welding is not suitable, making this valve ideal for maintenance-heavy environments, modular systems, chemical dosing lines and equipment skids.
