The Georg Fischer ABS DU Ball Valve 546 PRO is a high-performance, fully unionised ball valve engineered for reliability in everything from everyday water distribution to demanding chemical processes. Manufactured from durable ABS and equipped with EPDM seals and PTFE ball seats, the 546 PRO delivers excellent corrosion resistance, smooth operation and long service life.

GF’s ergonomic handle includes an integrated tool for tightening the union bushings, while the reverse-thread bushing design prevents accidental loosening. The lockable lever provides secure operation and protects against unauthorised actuation. A unique Data Matrix Code on the valve body ensures full product traceability.

This latest generation also incorporates safety-driven updates: the floating ball design maintains constant sealing through preloading, and a predefined stem break point protects against external leaks. For automated setups, the redesigned safety coupling piece can be replaced quickly without system shutdown.

The 546 PRO is suitable for potable water and food-contact applications, aligning perfectly with Pipestock’s ABS pipe systems to provide a complete, dependable installation.
