Fernco Tank Seal

The Fernco (previously known as Flexseal) Tank Seal, is designed to create a watertight seal where a pipe passes through the wall of a tank. This seal is crucial in preventing moisture from travelling along the pipe length, either into or out of the tank, thereby ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the tank system.

Installing the Fernco Tank Seal involves:

1. Preparing the Tank Wall: Ensure the area around the pipe penetration on the tank wall is clean and smooth.
2. Sizing the Seal: Select a tank seal that matches the outside diameter of the pipe.
3. Placing the Seal: Position the tank seal around the pipe where it passes through the tank wall.
4. Securing the Seal: Ensure the seal is snugly fitted around the pipe and sits flush against the tank wall, providing a watertight barrier.
