Description
The GF ABS Electric Actuated Double Union Ball Valve is a factory-assembled automation solution combining the proven reliability of the Georg Fischer Type 546 PRO ball valve with a high-performance J+J electric actuator. Designed for precise on/off control, this assembly is ideal for industrial ABS pipework systems where dependable remote operation is required.
The ABS valve body features PTFE ball seats for smooth operation and long service life, while the fully unionised design allows the valve body to be removed easily for inspection or maintenance without disturbing the pipework. Plain solvent weld ends ensure secure integration into imperial ABS systems using standard solvent cement and cleaner.
Mounted to the valve is the J+J J4C-S20 quarter-turn actuator, offering automatic voltage sensing across a wide 24–240V AC/DC range. Its IP67-rated polyamide housing, electronic torque limiting and integrated manual override make it suitable for demanding environments where reliability and protection are essential.
