Description
The Vulcathene Large Oval Drip Cup with Lip is designed for applications where additional spill containment and edge protection are required around laboratory and chemical waste discharge points. The raised lip around the rim helps prevent liquid run-off onto surrounding work surfaces, making it particularly suitable for high-use or wash-down environments.
Manufactured from black co-polymer polypropylene with a 3mm wall thickness, the drip cup offers excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals, impact and abrasion. The deeply curved bowl and heavily sloped internal side walls guide liquids efficiently towards the outlet while minimising splashing. An integral grating prevents debris from entering the waste system, supporting consistent drainage performance.
Designed for top mounting through the work surface, the drip cup is secured using the supplied backnut. It is also supplied with a hose restraining plug, allowing hoses to be safely positioned during use. The oval shape provides increased access and flexibility for hose placement, while the lip adds an extra level of protection against accidental spills.
With its larger opening and enhanced containment features, the large oval drip cup with lip is well suited to demanding laboratory, healthcare and industrial chemical waste applications.
