This Enfusion undrilled flange is designed to provide a flexible flanged connection within Vulcathene chemical waste drainage systems, allowing installers to drill the bolt pattern to suit specific mating flanges or site requirements. It is commonly used where pipework needs to connect to pumps, vessels, valves or other equipment via a bespoke flange arrangement.

The flange is fused directly to Vulcathene pipe using the Enfusion Control Unit. During installation, the integral resistance wire moulded into the Enfusion socket is energised to create a controlled electrofusion joint, delivering consistent fusion temperature, time and joint integrity at the pipe interface.

Manufactured from black co-polymer polypropylene, the flange offers excellent resistance to aggressive chemical waste and elevated operating temperatures. Where pipework is buried, routed overhead, installed within ceiling voids or positioned within drainage stacks, Enfusion jointing provides a secure alternative to mechanical connections.

Once drilled, the flange is clamped to the mating flange using a nitrile gasket and four M20 bolts, forming a reliable sealed joint while maintaining system flexibility.
