This Enfusion one socket long bend is designed to introduce a 92.5° change in direction while maintaining smoother flow characteristics within Vulcathene chemical waste drainage systems. The long swept radius helps reduce turbulence and resistance, making it particularly suitable for larger pipe sizes and higher flow applications.

The fitting incorporates an Enfusion socket at one end and a plain spigot at the other. Fusion is completed using the Enfusion Control Unit, which activates the integral resistance wire moulded into the socket. This controlled electrofusion process delivers a consistent bond with precise control over fusion temperature, time and fit, ensuring dependable joint performance.

Manufactured from black co-polymer polypropylene, the long bend offers excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and elevated operating temperatures. Where pipework is routed overhead, installed within ceiling voids, buried or located in vertical drainage stacks, Enfusion jointing provides a robust alternative to mechanical connections.
