The VXE Easyfit double union ball valve with FPM seals is designed for dependable isolation and flow control in Corzan CPVC systems carrying highly aggressive or chemically demanding fluids. Its true union construction allows the valve body to be removed easily from the pipeline, simplifying inspection, servicing and seal replacement without disturbing surrounding pipework.

Manufactured from high-performance CPVC and fitted with FPM seals, the valve delivers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and industrial process media, making it well suited to chemical processing and waste treatment environments. A threaded seat carrier enhances sealing performance under pressure, helping maintain consistent shut-off even in tough operating conditions.

The patented Easyfit system features an ergonomically designed multifunctional handle that assists not only with valve operation, but also with tightening and loosening the union nuts and adjusting the ball seats. This design significantly reduces installation time and makes maintenance practical in confined spaces where access is limited.
