Description
The HTA flanged ball valve is designed for positive isolation and reliable flow control in high-pressure hot and cold water systems. Manufactured from high-performance CPVC, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion, scaling and chemical attack, making it ideal for commercial and industrial installations where durability and long service life are essential.
This valve features flanged connections for secure integration into HTA pipe networks and incorporates a dedicated anchoring system to safely support its weight. Integrated fixing points allow the valve to be firmly mounted, reducing mechanical load on the pipework and helping maintain long-term system integrity. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that the factory-fitted backing plates are not dismantled.
A smooth internal bore promotes efficient flow and helps minimise pressure losses, supporting pump efficiency and reducing the likelihood of limescale or biofilm build-up. Quarter-turn operation provides quick, dependable shut-off when required.
Manufactured as part of the HTA system by Aliaxis, the flanged ball valve integrates seamlessly with compatible HTA pipes and fittings. Solvent weld installation elsewhere in the system removes the need for hot works, offering a safe and cost-effective alternative to metal valve assemblies.
