This polypropylene threaded full face flange provides a secure bolted connection point between PP pipework and flanged components such as valves, tanks, pumps or equipment nozzles. The threaded outlet allows direct connection to threaded PP pipe systems, while the full face flange ensures even load distribution across the gasket surface.

Manufactured from high heat stabilised polypropylene block copolymer (PP-B), the flange offers excellent resistance to chemicals, corrosion and mechanical wear, making it well suited to aggressive industrial environments. The full face design improves sealing performance and stability when bolted, particularly when paired with a suitable backing ring to achieve the maximum working pressure.

As part of the threaded polypropylene range, this fitting is pressure rated to 6 bar and is intended for low pressure applications where a demountable, flanged joint is required.
