Description
The VXE Easyfit double union ball valve is designed for reliable isolation and flow control within Corzan CPVC pipework systems handling hot, corrosive and aggressive fluids. Its true union construction allows the valve body to be removed from the pipeline without disturbing the surrounding pipework, making servicing and seal replacement straightforward.
Manufactured from high-performance CPVC and fitted with EPDM seals, the valve delivers excellent chemical resistance across a wide range of industrial media, including acids, alkalis, effluent and demineralised water. A threaded seat carrier improves sealing performance under pressure, helping to maintain tight shut-off even in demanding conditions.
The patented Easyfit system uses a multifunctional ergonomic handle that not only operates the valve, but also assists with tightening and loosening the union nuts and adjusting the ball seats. This makes the valve particularly well suited to installations with restricted access, where conventional tools are difficult to use.
