This roller valve is complete with BSPP thread with a 2.5mm orifice and a Cv value of 0.14 on the 1/8" fitting and a 15mm orifice and a Cv value of 0.84 on the 1/4" fitting. It is used for the manual or mechanical control of air flow within pneumatic systems via the roller plunger. The air is to be filtered by 40µm filter element.

The roller valve is designed to be pressed by an item that will in turn roll over the wheel releasing the pressure on the plunger and exhausting the air out through one of the ports.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminium alloy with nitrile rubber seals with a working pressure of 0 to 10 bar. They have multiple mounting points for convenient installation and come complete with panel mount locknuts.

These valves require no lubrication and are to be used in conjunction with clean compressed air, manufactured to close tolerance.
