Description
This full face flange set provides a complete solution for assembling a flanged PVCu butterfly valve for imperial pipe systems. Designed for dependable isolation and flow control, it offers excellent sealing performance, smooth operation and reduced pressure loss across a wide range of applications.
The valve features a high-flow disc design combined with an integral EPDM seal, ensuring consistent shut-off and accurate regulation. Full face PVCu flanges provide uniform load distribution across the joint, helping to achieve a secure and stable connection when bolted between mating flanges.
Supplied unassembled, the set allows flexibility during installation, enabling precise alignment on site. The included BZP nuts, bolts and washers are supplied in quantities that correspond exactly to the number of bolt holes in the flanges, simplifying installation and reducing the risk of missing components. This makes the set well suited to new installations, system upgrades and maintenance work.
