Durapipe PVCu L Port Ball Valve Metric

The Durapipe TKD 3-way L-port ball valve is designed for applications requiring controlled directional flow between two outlets, allowing flow to be diverted from one line to another while preventing simultaneous distribution. The L-port configuration makes this valve particularly suitable for changeover duties where a clear on/off flow path is required between two directions.

Manufactured from PVCu, the valve offers a lightweight yet robust construction with excellent resistance to corrosion and a wide range of chemicals. EPDM seals are supplied as standard, providing reliable sealing performance across the full operating temperature range. Plain ends allow the valve to be solvent-welded directly into the pipeline, creating a secure and permanent joint using a fast and cost-effective installation method.

A patented DualBlock locking system secures the union nuts in position, even in installations subject to vibration, pressure fluctuation or thermal expansion. When closed, the downstream pipeline can be safely disconnected without leakage, reducing downtime and improving safety during servicing. The integrated Seat Stop system enables precise micro-adjustment of the ball seats to compensate for wear or axial pipe loads, all without draining the system.
