Description
Designed to provide a secure and permanent termination to metric PVC pipework systems, this fitting is used to blank off the end of a pipeline or unused outlet. Manufactured from high-quality PVCu, it offers excellent chemical resistance, mechanical strength and long-term reliability across a wide range of industrial, commercial and water applications.
The solvent weld socket creates a strong, leak-free joint when installed with the correct solvent cement and cleaner, forming a homogeneous bond between the pipe and fitting. Its smooth internal bore helps minimise dead space at the pipe end, reducing the risk of debris build-up and maintaining system hygiene.
Suitable for cold water distribution, industrial process pipework and general plumbing installations, this fitting complies with recognised UK and European standards, making it a dependable choice for both new installations and system modifications.
