Description
A high-efficiency water-separation solution combining robust aluminium construction with a reliable float drain mechanism to ensure uninterrupted performance in compressed-air and pneumatic systems. Designed for industrial environments, this unit effectively removes water and condensate at high flow rates, helping maintain system integrity and reduce maintenance needs.
Key Features & Benefits
- Impressive Flow Capacity: Handles up to 20000.00 l/min at 7 bar with minimal pressure drop (ΔP = 0.08 bar), ensuring consistent performance and minimal airflow resistance.
- Precision Float-Drain: Automatic float-operated drain eliminates water accumulation without manual intervention, reducing system downtime and maintenance frequency.
- Wide Temperature Range: Operates effectively from 1.5 °C to 80 °C - ideal for industrial, workshop, and process environments with varied ambient conditions.
- Robust Aluminium Construction: Lightweight yet durable design provides reliable corrosion resistance and longevity in demanding settings.
- High Maximum Pressure: Supports up to 20 bar working pressure - suitable for most medium to heavy-duty applications.

How Does A Water Separator Work?
- Air goes in – Compressed air from your system enters the separator.
- Spins the air – Inside, the air is spun around very fast, like a mini cyclone.
- Water drops out – The spinning pushes heavier water droplets to the sides, where they fall to the bottom.
- Air goes out – The now dry air continues through the system.
- Water drains out – The collected water is removed automatically or manually through a drain.
A water separator is essential for protecting tools and equipment from moisture commonly found in compressed air. Without it, water can cause rust, corrosion, and damage to internal components, leading to reduced performance or failure. It also helps prevent issues like poor paint finishes or malfunctioning air tools. By keeping the air clean and dry, a water separator ensures your tools run smoothly and last longer.
