These couplings have a push-in tube end suited to tubing with an outer diameter of 4mm to 8mm while the threaded end is 1/8" to 1/4" in diameter.
The BSPP threaded ends of these brass fittings are designed to be hand tightened and have a maximum torque value of 6.0Nm on 1/8" fittings and 10.0Nm up to 1/2" fittings. They can be used within compressed air or pneumatic flow and vacuum systems.
Tube inserts must be used with pneumatic applications where pressures are in excess of 10 bar; you should not exceed 16 bar. Suitable for use with Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Nylon tubing as well as soft metal tubings such as copper or mild steel.
