These portable transformers for power tools are double-wound design for mains isolation. They have a thermal magnetic trip to reduce the chance of overloading and have 110V centre tapped to earth secondary winding to reduce the risk of electric shock.

The case is manufactured from heavy-duty GRP which is insulated, reinforced and comes complete with carry handles. They ensure safe electrical supplies on site due to the compliance with reduced low-voltage regulations.
